Good new CD, thanks BEAT RECORDS

http://www.beatrecords.it/shop.asp?lingua=e&idprodotto=BCM9569&uscita=prox

Just one note from myself...

There was a rare library CAM CML 149 LP.
Included 4 mysterious tracks by Armando Trovajoli :
In a tender mood
Licantropo
Nautilius
Marziani in vista

http://www.cdandlp.com/es/trovajoli-carpi-savina-rustichelli/temi-giallo-suspence-giallo-rosa-old-fashion/33-1-3-rpm/r114970191/

So, these 4 tracks and especially MARZIANI IN VISTA sounds very close to I PIANETI score [Space Music sequences] - anyway i can't 100% say they are form I PIANETI

on: June 22, 2013, 07:51:46 am 2 Beat Records community - English message boards / Original Soundtracks / Tre Per Una Grande Rapina (Le Mataf) + Il Richiamo Del Lupo [GDM, 2013]

Couple of months ago there was released excellent coupled CD - by Claudio Fuiano!

"Il Richiamo del Lupo" is some kind of part 2 to I Figli Di Zanna Bianca
"Le Mataf", it is nice to have one LP finally released on CD!

Previously "Le Mataf" released on LP!

But there was also Library Stelvio Cipriani LP "Monica" (1976) [Idea (4) – IL 111] !
http://www.discogs.com/Stelvio-Cipriani-Monica/release/3177087

I always enjoyed this great LP because it feat. amazing tracks!

2 tracks of Monica Library are included in this new CD:

16. Le répere = B4.Incontro con Laura
17. Chez Basilio = B5.Teneramente... Silvia

Who is M.A.Catalano? Mystery, credited on a Back cover of Monica LP

Just in case if someone interested.....

It often happens, when library tracks released on library LP/CD under another titles and re-released on soundtrack with new title! Cosma, Morricone, Lai, a lot of examples...

on: January 04, 2013, 03:18:46 pm 3 Beat Records community - English message boards / Original Soundtracks / Le Ricain (1978)

Old movie with the One original theme by ENNIO MORRICONE and some reused, pre-existing stolen music from CAM library and especially some tracks by Nicolai, Morricone, Patucchi...

Micke identified these pieces:

From Defense De Savoir (Bruno Nicolai):
Incompris (main titles, plus excerpt from final part)
Le Pouvoir (several short excerpts)
Sans Espoir
L'accusée

From Love Birds (Bruno Nicolai):
Il Giorno Del Giudizio

From Il Prezzo Del Potere (Luis Bacalov):
Main theme, plus excerpts from theme

From INCONTRO (Morricone):
Main theme (end credits)

-----------------

I have identified these pieces by DANIELE PATUCCHI

Tema Per Sydne (from "Le ultime ore di una vergine" (1972)
Un Amore Pulito (LP "Temi conduttori sentimentali")
Verso L'Ignoto (from "Il sorriso del ragno")

There is much more pieces.. Unknown for me... probably from some CAM Libraries...

on: December 21, 2012, 06:43:29 am 4 Beat Records community - Forum in lingua italiana / Colonne sonore / Stelvio Cipriani - Poliziotto Solitudine e Rabbia (1980)

http://www.beatrecords.it/shop.asp?lingua=i&idprodotto=CDDM228

Hi everyone, sorry i tell in English and i will translate into Italian later this speech!

Molto Grazie per questo CD!

Wonderful CD! Thanks to Claudio and Pierluigi Valentini for the booklet info!

I have never seen this movie (like the previous : Poliziotto senza paura / Sbirro la tua legge è lenta... la mia... no! )
But all the Poliziotto soundtracks are amazing...........

And thanks to Digitmovies team/CAM and all the producers, designers.... Claudio, P.Valentini, D.Winkler, etc

The only thing i'd like to add........

POLIZIOTTO SOLITUDINE E RABBIA seq.5 - this is modified version of the great piece (and great modified version too) Stelvio wrote before for Questo Si Che E' Amore (1977) - which called there (DISCO VERSION) - Sweet Sweet Love

More info about Sweet Sweet Love (Disco version of POLIZIOTTO SOLITUDINE E RABBIA seq.5 ) :

Steve Powder - Questo Si Che E' Amore (1977) [single] [CAM - AMP 204 - Italy]

Plus i've heard exactly Sweet Sweet Love (disco version) in the movie La Maestra... Di Sci (1981)

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

on: November 24, 2012, 12:43:07 pm 5 Beat Records community - Forum in lingua italiana / Colonne sonore / Stelvio Cipriani - Speed Driver (Grip) - (CD)

http://www.beatrecords.it/shop.asp?lingua=e&idprodotto=DDJ018

I pezzi 1 e 9 [come SPEED DRIVER (M1) & SPEED DRIVER (M18)] son già stati pubblicati nella compilation giapponese MORE AMOROSA CIPRIANI [CD 2002]

I CROSS THE ROADS uscita su 45 giri e su LP: "EVEN... UNKNOWN TERROR" (CAM) SAG 9118 - Italy [1982]

Grazie ancora a C.Fuiano, F. De Gemini, F. Babini e D. De Gemini.

Spero che possiate darmi una risposta...

on: March 01, 2011, 04:16:24 pm 7 Beat Records community - English message boards / Original Soundtracks / Fiorenzo Carpi - Mio Dio Come Sono Caduta In Basso (1974)

I know it's not BEAT, it's by CAM.

Sorry i created this topic, but from all Carpi scores i like more: Mio Dio... and La Baraonda.

on compilation Ritratto Di Un Autore : http://www.camoriginalsoundtracks.com/site/index.php?site=ost&path=cd&idcd=438&label=cam&alpha=A

released 3 tracks from MIO DIO!
Good tracks... but not complete.

on compilation: Comedy , Italian Style http://www.camoriginalsoundtracks.com/site/index.php?site=ost&path=cd&idcd=210

released one more theme, very good theme.

in the movie a lot of tracks, but most of all, i loved track : EUGENIA'S THEME

Especially his PIANO and STRINGS variation, very nice variation, UNRELEASED.

I would like once to have released this OST from CAM - on full CD.

on: March 01, 2011, 03:00:08 pm 8 Beat Records community - English message boards / Original Soundtracks / Daniele Patucchi

Hello all,

I'm big fan of DANIELE PATUCCHI!!!!!

One of the best among italian composers! Refined, unfortunately underrated and almost forgotten...

I have CD's "LOS AMIGOS" & "La Piu Allegra Storia Del Decamerone"!!

For some reason - his music released not so much. But so many his EXCELLENT works only on LP existed or on the compilation...

and damn the expense! I would buy all his CD if they will be released!

So, that's what i'd like to tell , i have read these topics:

http://www.beatrecords.it/public/forum/index.php?topic=70.msg4926#msg4926

http://www.beatrecords.it/public/forum/index.php?topic=363.msg2164#msg2164

Not much of peoples here would like to release PATUCCHI.... Shame.

if ORTOLANI unreleased a number of good soundtracks, at least many others anyway RELEASED on CD, some compilations, many...

But PATUCCHI, no one compilaton, nothing on CD.

I have only Japanese compilations - including 2 tracks from "Dolce e selvaggio" & another compilation - including full original Main Titles (without Edda Dell'Orso) of "Il Sesso Della Strega"...

To be continued.

on: January 24, 2011, 09:37:45 pm 9 Beat Records community - English message boards / Original Soundtracks / Il Mostro (1977) by Ennio Morricone

Hi Daniele et all...

I have a question, have you planned to release the soundtrack for Il MOSTRO - old very good thriller/ giallo, an Expanded version?

I tell because BEAT released CD : Il Prefetto Di Ferro - Il Mostro. Contains 4 tracks from Il Mostro. One more (unreleased on CD) also released on the old LP : Oscar Valdambrini.

Maybe this score doesn't deserves an Expanded release, but ...

The track MALINCONICA SERENITA - 1 - as you know used (plays/ sounds) in the movie, in the episode in the recording studio where Sydne Rome sings ..."Ballatta Del Mostro" in italian, very nice song, i'm not sure Sydne sings, maybe someone other.

But on CD released only the version with Edda Dell'Orso voice (or Gianna Spagnulo or someone else???? WHO?? on the CD no credits)...

Also in the movie a lot of anxious, haunting tracks... (Temi di pericolosi) - UNRELEASED on CD.

Howewer Main titles released as Profondamente, Nel Mostro - Part 2

Thanks!

I love this Morricone's score! and i'm very happy that BEAT has released on CD at least 4 awesome tracks.

on: January 14, 2011, 05:04:58 pm 10 Beat Records community - Forum in lingua italiana / Colonne sonore / Un Sussurro Nel Buio (76) di Pino Donaggio

Caro Claudio, Daniele, e tutti...

Conduttore : Natale Massara

Classico Donaggio.

on: January 14, 2011, 04:17:49 pm 12 Beat Records community - English message boards / Original Soundtracks / Italian TV OST

Ciao ragazzi!

I can't write in italian, that would be not very correct...

Last years we every month enjoy some great OST - always released something......
Many thanks to all the labels... and the peoples who produced CD-release.

But anyway some recent OSTs still unreleased.....

I mean TV OST: Pino Donaggio, Paolo Buonvino, etc?....

Does anybody know for instance Maybe RaiTrade will release them or shouldn't wait...?????

I know, GDM or BEAT or Digitmovies wouldn't release them....maybe only RaiTrade....

For intance: Donaggio->

Some OST's released like DON MATTEO, but why unreleased:

Racket ; Morte di una ragazza perbene; Sospetti; Un Caso Di Coscienza; Tesoro Di Damasco.........???

I don't know the principle of choice OST for release?

Can anybody explain me?

Or Paolo Buonvino: La Piovra 8-9 released....... but why CARAIBI - same year OST is UNRELEASED? or PAOLO BORCELLINO (2004)?....

Should i wait for the release or to write somewhere in other place or mayby to Mr Donaggio or Mr Buonvino?.....

Some Bacalov's recent TV unreleased.....

LUCIA - MORRICONE - released
MATILDE - PIOVANI - released
ANGELA - BACALOV - unreleased????

I'm just curious what their principle?.....

I like the music from TVseries RACKET or AMANTI E SEGRETI - DONAGGIO.....

Many DONAGGIO movie OST released........ but TV - not.

In OCEANO (old CD) SAIMEL didn't INCLUDE THE SONG FROM THE END TITLES....

on: May 29, 2010, 01:59:56 pm 13 Beat Records community - English message boards / Original Soundtracks / Unreleased italian scores [La Piovra, etc]

Hi All,

I'm Eda-88 (or Eda, as you wish or Eldar)!

I'm from Kazakhstan!

But since my childhood i adore, i admire, i love ITALIAN (and French from European) music from the movies!!! It's just wonderful!!!!

I saw and still watch always many many brilliant italian movies, TV-series... because in Russia (i speak russian) many legendary italian movies always shows on TV, get rleease on DVD, VHS... etc...

You know Carlo Rustichelli wrote for russian old funny movie, very cult for us : "Приключения итальянцев в России" (Adventures of italians in Russia) ...this score is unreleased, but wondrful..
I think it's unreleased because made in Russia!

in Russia, there is a big problem than Italy... there is no big great record companies like in Italy of USA or japan of in France...
Many many many old great russian treasure OST or TV Russian OST still unreleased...
And i don't know why!... It's very sad and pity...
But Morricone's score for '72 metres' or 'The Red Rent' released quickly )

Anyway, i'm always happy when i see wonderful releases every day by italian labels!
It's always happy times for all of us, who adore italian movie music!

But for me always was one big mystery, why so many great OST's still unreleased, or some ost not complete?

Speaking of Ennio Morricone!

We admire TV-series LA PIOVRA, because in Russia or Soviet Union this TV was very very popular, TOP!!
In the 1st season music composed by Riz Ortolani, that's how did i know him!
It was directed by Damiani - who always collaborated with Ortolani in 70's and coupel times with Morricone (Un Genio, Due Compari / Il Sorriso Del Grande Tentatore)!

And all the others La Piovra [2-10] by Florestano Vancini and Luigi Perelli, music composed by Ennio Morricone!

Exactly Ennio Morricone wrote that music, which reminds , still reminds us the story of Commissario Cattani or Davide...

For some reason Ortolani's score is forgotten...
Yes, Ortolani wrote couple of themes, but Morricone wrote more... in each part he wrote more and more music... and many music from 2-nd part reused in 3-rd or others...

Ortolani music released at LP, CD [with Cristoforo Colombo & La Primavera Di Michelangelo]... and we have even some cover version in the "The Genius" Double CD!

Morricone's score also released at LP, at FonitCetra CD/ LP, at German CD's and even in Russian CD in 2005.

But except russian release never , none of another released CD's / LP's included Main Theme, from The titoli???

WHY?!

In the 2nd Part by Vancini, there is MAIN THEME = Tentativo D'Amore + Main Theme [1st variation] - so-called 'Raccordi' according to End Titles of LA PIOVRA -8.

This short cue - is never released fully, unfortunately, we call it 'Raccordi' or "Tema Principiale" [like it was in Russian CD], but it's doesn't have real title. It's 12 seconds of "My Heart and I" track.

In every others parts of La Piovra TV [3-10] - mix of 2 themes = Main Title, La Morale + Raccordi.
In fact La Morale is slightly rearranged with 'mafia' sounds, very sonorous LA MORALE.

Russian CD gave release of this theme not officially i think, they cut it and remastered just from DVD... i believe, because if italian FonitCetra or RaiTrade or LP - never issued this track, how could russian record company ARC-Records issue it?

Yes! But it's better than nothing!
For 90% of Russian people the Morricone's name familiar because of Sergio Leone western themes, Chi Mai (Professionnel), Mission, Frantic... but also, LA PIOVRA...

many peoples doesn't knows many legendary masterpieces of the maestro..[D'Amore Si Muore, Il Maestro E Il Margherita, etc..]...

That's why we so adore this Morricone TV score.!

And I made many notes, mostly in Russian sites/ forums...

Here we discussed since 2006 La Piovra music:
http://www.teleserial.com/index.php?showtopic=13218

We discussed everything, covers, unreleased, arrangements, vocals, reused tracks in La Piovra (E Dover Morre / Nel Carcere from Sacco & Vanzetti // Stasera Ti Amo 2 from IL VIZIETTO 3, etc...)..

Every people always surprised why one of the best themes from 4th part "Morte Di Un Giusto" released, but none of his variations ever released???

Why so ????
There was at least 3 more variations of this theme, action version, which very similar to LA MORALE and other very tranquill version... Often in 5th part when Davide's son ....

Never released on LP or CD! But standart version of it: Morte Di Un Giusto - always released, on each CD...???

Can someone tell why these great variations never released??? It's been used in TV more than usual released version..

it's been reused in 4-5-6-7, 10 parts of TV.... but never released?
I cut all the variations from TV, i could post here the links if it will be useful... if you forgot..

I think Double CD is not completely at all, there must be 2 more CD to release COMPLETE SCORE for LA PIOVRA [TV]!!!!

There was 2 more outstanding variations of 'Strana Bambina', always released the version with Edda Dell'Orso voice, but never released another version by VIOLON, used as END TITLES of LA PIOVRA - 6 [1992]. One more beautiful theme is SILENZI DOPO SILENZI, always released as HARMONICA version, but never released SUPERB PIANO version!!!!
WHY???????

There is more and more another unreleased tracks, i've made bootleg and included there all the UNRELEASED TRACKS from 2-3-4-5-6-7, 10 parts.

WHY these variations still unreleased???

MILLE ECCHI - there was great variations, but i think if RaiTrade was the last release, that these my favorite tracks never will be released, is it?????
CANZONE PER LA SERA - flute...

I'm very sad about that! And not only me, every people, but we don't know where to say that, where to ask why.. and i hope here i have a very good chance to get the response, perhaps from Mr Claudio Fuiano or another peoples...

Thanks...

To be continued...
