Hello all,

I'm big fan of DANIELE PATUCCHI!!!!!

One of the best among italian composers! Refined, unfortunately underrated and almost forgotten...

I have CD's "LOS AMIGOS" & "La Piu Allegra Storia Del Decamerone"!!

For some reason - his music released not so much. But so many his EXCELLENT works only on LP existed or on the compilation...

and damn the expense! I would buy all his CD if they will be released!

So, that's what i'd like to tell , i have read these topics:

Not much of peoples here would like to release PATUCCHI.... Shame.

if ORTOLANI unreleased a number of good soundtracks, at least many others anyway RELEASED on CD, some compilations, many...

But PATUCCHI, no one compilaton, nothing on CD.

I have only Japanese compilations - including 2 tracks from "Dolce e selvaggio" & another compilation - including full original Main Titles (without Edda Dell'Orso) of "Il Sesso Della Strega"...

To be continued.

I have listened a lot of DANIELE PATUCCHI rare LP's...

LP's very hard to find, even buy on eBay or somewhere else.

No one of Patucchi i've listened so far - no one of those albums disappointed me.

Except : Los Amigos & La Piu Allegra Storia Del Decamerone , i have listened the following:

Sans Sommation (watched this film)
Pane e Cioccolata (watched this film)
E tanta paura (watched this film)
Il Paese Del Sesso Selvaggio (watched this film)
Turbo Time
Dolce e Selvaggio
Il Sesso Della Strega (watched this film)
Alla Scoperta Del Mare
Wild Beasts
Eutanasia Di Un Amore (watched this film)
Cara Sposa (watched this film, GREAT 2 scores by Cipriani & Patucchi)
Metraletta Stein
Uomini e Squali
Uomini del mare

and compilations:

Temi Conduttori Sentimentali (Cam Cml 030)
Temi Conduttori Brillanti (Cam Cml 031)
Brani Drammatici, Violenti e Suspence (CAM CML 028)

Unfortunately i haven't listened others, because LP's very old, never remastered on CD, hard to find, buy.

But all that stuff - LP i listened - ARE AMAZING MUSIC!

I knew this composer 3 years ago maybe, and loved him immediately after Cara Sposa, then i watched many others films with his music and DISCOVERED MANY INTERESTING THINGS.  :o :o :o :o

To be continued...

Almost all titles from CAM.

Il Sesso Della Strega (1973) - original full main titles released on Japanese compilation: CAM For Apre-midi Grand Cru (VOLCANO 2002)

But Main Theme with voice by Edda Dell'Orso released on CAM: Da Film Erotici Il Piacere Della Musica
http://www.camoriginalsoundtracks.com/site/index.php?site=ost&path=cd&idcd=206&label=cam&alpha=A
and on a compilation: Women in lounge Vol.2 (2005)
http://www.cinedelic.com/records/Women2.html

NOTHING MORE RELEASED by CAM (?)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SANS SOMMATION (1973)

Old spy french movie starring Maurice Ronet, Bruno Cremer, Mario Adorf!

Main Title - released on LP: Temi Conduttori Sentimentali (Cam Cml 030)

Some tracks i heard in the movie - released on CAM LP compilations too:

TRACK 1 - ELIKILLER , TRACK 5 - LA MADRE from compilation : Brani Drammatici, Violenti e Suspence (CAM CML 028)

I heard these tracks in SANS SOMMATION movie , i have no idea, they have written for SANS SOMMATION or just reused.

One more thing: as background music in CAFE - reused (or written for???) beautiful romantic theme Don't Touch Him With Your Smile-Peppermint Rainbow, which released on LPs:
-Temi Conduttori Sentimentali (Cam Cml 030)
-Cavalo Amarelo - Fundos Musicais (1980)

No more tracks released on CAM???? .............

eda-88:
PANE E CIOCCOLATA (1973) !!!

GREAT SCORE!!!! AFFASCINANTE !!!!

Released on LP (impossible to find nowhere) and on CD : A Symphonic Tribute To Nino Manfredi (2002)

Why never on CD - full score?

eda-88:
GIALLO : ...E Tanta Paura (1976)

GREAT SCORE ONCE AGAIN!!!!!

MAIN TITLES is really cool, bass, action jazzy track...

But i think Main Theme is in fact was reused by Patucchi, as i wrote before many times excellent beautiful track "Peppermint Rainbow" - which also sounds, plus has few variations - as vocal song disco version on discotheque..

I think Daniele Patucchi - transformed this theme (maybe library) for this movie and played, arranged in various arrangements...
Disco version, and others... and finally - END TITLES - is a variation of this theme too with some harmonica... just like the END TITLES in PANE E CIOCCOLATA - also some beautiful theme with Harmonica sounds...

I've enjoyed this giallo because of this great score by Daniele Patucchi.

CAM should release, MUST HAVE!

LOVE PATUCCHI, forgotten genius!

These promotinal CAM LP's nowadays hard to find.
