Film's Storyline:

An enormous tsunami devastates an Arctic station, but also uncovers a long-buried specimen of yeti, aka the legendary "abominable snowman". Morgan Hunnicut, an unscrupulous businessman, plans to revive the yeti and exploit it to generate publicity for his company. Hunnicut charges his friend, palaeontologist Harry Wassermann, the hard task of resuscitating the creature. Once back to life, the Yeti is very disturbed by the gawking herds of curious onlookers, but also surprisingly develops a profound affection for Wassermann’s and Morgan’s two young relatives, Jane and Erwin. Soon, a paranoid conspiracy develops to destroy the innocent Yeti, which unfairly describes it as a terrible and blood-thirsty monster. The mysterious "man of the snow" finally is forced to obtain justice alone, and avenges himself against his tormentors. Aided by Jane he escapes and retreats to the Himalayan Mountains, the mystical location that is rumoured to be the homeland of his unfathomable species.
