''Buio Omega'', also known in the States as ''The Final Darkness'', ''BuriedAlive'', ''Beyond the Darkness'', in Germany as ''Sado - Stoß dasTor zur Hölle auf'' and in France as ''Blue Holocaust'' is considered one of the best Italian horror splatter.

In this release that lasts 44:04 all the material available in the original master tapes has been used and put in the sequence in which music appears in the movie.
