A popular title in Beat Records' back catalog, Un uomo chiamato Apocalisse Joe (1970, APOCALYPSE JOE) is a Western score composed by one of the Italian greats, Bruno Nicolai.
Very much influenced by the collaboration between the Maestro and Ennio Morricone, at times it seems to us that we're listening to an alternate version of A FISTFUL OF DOLLARS, reinterpreted with the unique skill of the Roman composer. The previous release by Beat Records (which paired the score with LO CHIAMAVANO TRE SETTE GIOCAVA SEMPRE COL MORTO) sold out several years ago, so we are proud to present to you this complete edition, newly remastered by Enrico De Gemini and featuring original artwork from the film, graphic layout by Daniele De Gemini and in-depth liner notes (in Italian and English) by Fabio Babini.
