Film's Storyline:
Salvatore Cangemi is the resolute man who keeps control of the prostitution rackets in Milan. One day he finds the corpse of one of his prostitutes in a swimming pool. A criminal named Roger Diverti commissioned the woman's murder. Diverti is a dirty drug pusher and chief of a powerful criminal organization, and he wants to blackmail Cangemi. Cangemi decides to resist the blackmail attempt and, for better or worse, agrees with his so-called colleague, Nino Caruso, to ask for protection from the Italian-American Mafioso Billy Barone...
