Film's Storyline:
Robert Caine is an engineer whoÂ’s close to succeding in building a nuclear plant of exceptional power in a country of the 3rd World. In this country he meets Sara, a journalist and itÂ’s love at first sight. Back to London, he finds himself in the middle of a controversy involving a group against the building nuclear plants. During an attack at a party, his wife Eva, whoÂ’s against the nuclear project too, is killed, but the crime doesnÂ’t stop him from pursuing his aim even though many dramatic and weird events continue to take place: the computers go mad, Col. Barbin, who did everything in his power to prevent the building of the plant, is killed by a rotor blade... ItÂ’s in this rough climate that Sara tells him sheÂ’s going to have his baby. In the meantime the opposers try to have him considered a lunatic; even Angel, his very son, is against him and, after having declared him incompetent, he takes his place as President of Caine Enterpraises in order to conclude the building of the plant which Robert, afterwards, had decided to stop.
